I like the aroma which reminds me of an arts store I used to visit. My cat does not like the smell though. The problem with this loophole is that it's what's been used on so many innocent people to get them to confess to anything. This one guy was a taxi driver and was tortured into confessing that he was Osama Bin Laden's driver. Then he was given the choice - plead guilty and you get a lawyer, plead not guilty and you get no lawyer and more torture. He plead not guilty.

I thought Yoo defined torture to mean anything that causes organ failure or death? Would not crushing a child's testicles cause organ failure? And this guy is a law professor?
