Then Bush deregulated trading the Oil Futures, allowing for speculators, his fuck buddies, to come and bust some prices up. It worked. Well the reason was that apparently his wife had been caught DUI. Drink- driving. So it was bad publicity and against moral values to Joe. She was caught on 14th April. Joe divorced her on 15th. Very Italian!!
