We're going to get them on the run. And when we get them on the run we're going to keep them on the run. And when they're on the run we're going to hit them. And we're going to hit them hard. We're going to run them so fast and hit them so hard they won't even see us when we go running by them. BO'08.

I'd have full confidence in this person to be President- something that could happen if something happened to Obama. Sure can't say the same for Palin- what a terrifying thought...

Gee I thought the Republicans were the fear mongers.

Sometimes I hope McCain wins in the sick hope that when we all are broke and in the worst depression in US history - I can point and say I TOLD YOU SO!
By: ajknee. on 16 Sep 08, 15:39:18
Fantastic speech. There's one clear difference between the Democrats and the Republicans in this election. Obama and Biden stand at the lectern and speak directly and frankly to the people. McCain and Palin are doing nothing but sugar-coating issues and making cheap shots. Promising a better future is meaningless if you're not willing to recognize the present. Regardless of the president, these next 4 years are not going to be easy. We need a president who's willing to talk to US.

You have to wonder how Mcain is still leading in the polls after watching this. It's frustrating to know that even though to anyone who has actually bothered to research that Obama-Biden is what the USA need that Mcain might win the election.
By: olejazzman. on 16 Sep 08, 14:15:49
Obama and Biden have choosen to take the high road by telling the truth, and they will win on the truth. There is no need to lie and distort like McCain and Palin. McCain has lost his belief in doing the honorable thing. He wants to take the Bush "low road" to running a campaign.
By: kjb86. on 16 Sep 08, 14:05:07
if McCain gets elected i will loose a lot of respect for my American neighbors

The writing is on the wall people, John McCain may be honaralbe for his service but he is not suited to be president. Obama/Biden 08 Do it.

While Joe Biden was not my first choice for VP, I think Obama chose wisely. This is why he's going to be the next president and I'm not. :)

Media lets Biden out of Cone of Silence: Biden proves himself -- as if there had ever been doubt -- so far out of Palin's league she's probably planning to call in sick to the debate.

First, YEAH JOE! I have to point out however that "BUSH 44" sound like a beer. That might appeal to some voters. :)
By: whipmedia. on 16 Sep 08, 13:06:49
Well said. This is a profound speech by a wise and well informed statesman. Keep the presure on John McCain.
By: Bonnerific. on 16 Sep 08, 12:59:06
How anyone could continue to vote Republican after the last 8 years is beyond me. Go Joe!
By: mmorgenster. on 16 Sep 08, 12:57:13
I just watched Joe Biden wiping the floor with McCain's lies and distortions about the tax cuts and the economic meltdown in an interview with John Roberts on CNN. Amazing! Don't let the rich elitist hypocrites in the McCain campagne get away with their obscene plan to shovel billions more into the pockets of greedy multi-millionaires while every decent man, woman and child suffers.
