It is all within you

So much of the time, we expend energy in blaming outside forces for our situation, while not appreciating that we have the power change just about everything around us.

We are made of the same ’stuff′ as everything else: energy. If we align ourselves with the laws of the universe, we can attract whatever we desire into our lives - this is the Law of Attraction.

Do you know the power of visualization?

It’s incredibly powerful in ‘making things happen’ in your life and many people have found that they have achieved great things using visualization. The is shown very clearly in the movie, The Secret.

These are the steps which are generally suggested:

- Develop a vision of what it is you want to achieve.
- Be quite specific about the outcome and the timescales
- Write it down
- Carry the vision with you on a day-to-day basis
- Never give up on your vision
- The Universe will deliver!
