The Law of Attraction

The "The Law of Attraction" has become a commonly-heard expression - especially amongst people who have watched the move The Secret and have embraced its core message. People all over the world have found that they can use these principles to enhance their lives in many ways, including physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and materially.

Some have criticized the movie for focusing too much on envisioning and obtaining material possessions. Most of us know, I think, that money itself does not make us happy, and happiness is what we strive for. So why the emphasis on material achievement?
