One of the most important things you can do if you want to make this your best year ever, is to identify what new habits you need to develop.

Are you one of those people who focuses most of their energy on old habits they you really want to overcome or eliminate.

I suggest that identifying these nonconstructive habits is important, but focusing your energy this way often results in a surge of negative energy.

Does this saying sound familiar to you maybe when you were growing up your folks trying to get you to eat your greens may have said “You are what you eat.”

This was I suggest to teach you that by having, a healthy diet and lifestyle this would make you a healthier person.
