In the last few post we have looking at people pleasers and how hard it is to say NO and so I’d like to sum up what is was all about for me – and maybe this might help you.

Figure out what makes you happy.

For instance, you may like reading magazines, reading a novel, watching videos, going to the drive-in, going to a park, or listening to music.

One of the earliest things that I had to overcome on my personal growth path was the ability to say no.

It wasn’t just simply like a young tyke refusing to do something.

It wasn’t falling to floor in the mall screaming and throwing my arms and legs all over the place.
