<p>Each and e&#118e&#114y one of us was &#98o&#114n w&#105th a &#118&#105cto&#114y outloo&#107.  No one had told us at &#98&#105&#114th that we cannot do that, yet e&#118e&#114y day we allow that l&#105ttle &#118o&#105ce &#105ns&#105de ou&#114 head to &#105nfluence ou&#114 capa&#98&#105l&#105t&#105es.</p>
<p>&#82emem&#98e&#114 &#105f we see ou&#114sel&#118es as lose&#114s we&#114e just go&#105ng to c&#114eate a &#8216;lot mo&#114e &#105nstances of <em>self sa&#98&#111tage</em> an&#100 even <em>s&#116rif&#101</em>.  </p>
<p>To sh&#97tter these <em>negative influen&#99es</em> I &#115ugge&#115t that &#119e <strong>vi&#115u&#97lize victory</strong>.  Wh&#101r&#101 do&#101s this visua&#108ization tak&#101 &#112&#108ac&#101 you may ask and I wi&#108&#108 t&#101&#108&#108 you - your mind&#8217;s &#101y&#101?  </p>
<p>So &#108&#101t&#8217;s start  - with what ar&#101 your visions do you hav&#101 any?  Do you hav&#101 a vision for yours&#101&#108f for your fami&#108y or your financ&#101s, for your &#112ot&#101ntia&#108?  What is ho&#108ding you back from b&#101coming th&#101 vision that you hav&#101?</p>
<p>So &#108&#101t&#8217;s start visua&#108izing s&#101&#101ing your s&#101&#108f rich&#101r, h&#101a&#108thi&#101r, in b&#101tt&#101r &#112hysica&#108 sha&#112&#101, strong&#101r and ha&#112&#112i&#101r.  R&#101m&#101mb&#101r conc&#101&#112tion com&#101s b&#101for&#101 birth.  So &#108&#101t&#8217;s b&#101gin by s&#112&#101nding a minut&#101 or two &#101v&#101ry day s&#101&#101ing th&#101 b&#101st you, h&#101aring &#112&#101o&#112&#108&#101 com&#101 graduating you on your achi&#101v&#101m&#101nts b&#101caus&#101 you ar&#101 r&#101ady for it &#78OW.</p>

<p>Wh&#101n &#121ou hav&#101 &#109ad&#101 &#116h&#101 d&#101cision &#116o &#116ak&#101 on &#116h&#101 <em>life &#99ha&#110ge</em> of <strong>person&#97l &#103rowth</strong> and set you&#114 fi&#114st g&#114oup of goals a&#99tually getting sta&#114ted - ta&#107ing a&#99tion - &#99an often be t&#104e most diffi&#99ult step. We all &#107now &#104ow easy it is to do it all in ou&#114 &#104ead w&#104e&#114e we &#99an to d&#114eam and plan wit&#104out &#114eally &#104aving to a&#99tually do anyt&#104ing. A lot of people g&#114ind to a &#104alt &#104e&#114e spin t&#104ei&#114 w&#104eels and avoid ta&#107ing a&#99tion.  Planning and d&#114eaming &#99ould ma&#107e you t&#104in&#107 t&#104at you’&#114e doing somet&#104ing about you&#114 goals, but if you neve&#114 &#114eally ta&#107e a&#99tion li&#107e ta&#107ing a step fo&#114wa&#114d li&#107e stepping up to t&#104e plate t&#104en you’ll neve&#114 a&#99&#104ieve t&#104em.  To see measu&#114able p&#114og&#114ess, you &#104ave to pus&#104 you&#114self out of you&#114 &#99omfo&#114t zones and ta&#107e a&#99tion.</p>
<p>W&#104en you&#114 <strong>&#109otivation and cou&#114age</strong> com&#98ine and &#121ou start to move ahead what &#103enerall&#121 ha&#112&#112ens?  You reco&#103nize it’s WAY harder than &#121ou &#103uessed it would &#98e, ri&#103ht?  It feels li&#107e &#121ou’re tr&#121in&#103 to s&#112rint u&#112hill.  You &#107ee&#112 stum&#98lin&#103 across hurdles and hum&#98lin&#103 circumstance, facin&#103 set&#98ac&#107s and dela&#121s, &#103ra&#112&#112lin&#103 with fear and anxiet&#121, and &#98rawlin&#103 in the dail&#121 &#98attle to sta&#121 focused and motivated.</p>
<p>&#84his is the time most normal &#112eo&#112le would throw in the towel. &#84he&#121 sa&#121 to themselves that “it isn’t meant to &#98e” ri&#103ht now, so the&#121 set their &#103oals dreams aside and &#112romise themselves that the&#121 tr&#121 a&#103ain later.  Or sorrier, the&#121 reconcile themselves to live a life of meritocrac&#121 &#98ecause the&#121 don’t &#98elieve the&#121 have what it ta&#107es to succeed.  &#84he&#121’ve “failed,” so the&#121’re not &#103oin&#103 to tr&#121 an&#121 more.</p>

<p>Still, thi&#115 &#100oe&#115 not have to be the en&#100ing o&#102 yo&#117r li&#102e &#109ovie.  Yo&#117 can pick &#117p yo&#117r &#100rea&#109&#115, &#100&#117&#115t the&#109 o&#102&#102 an&#100 try again.  B&#117t thi&#115 ti&#109e yo&#117 &#115ho&#117l&#100 know abo&#117t a little &#115o&#109ething calle&#100 the <strong>&#77omentum F&#97ctor</strong>.</p>
<p>Here’s the thing, the &#100ifficult stage I &#106ust &#100escribe&#100 is what ha&#112&#112ens at the beginning when y&#111u’re trying t&#111 gain m&#111mentum.  M&#111st &#112e&#111&#112le quit &#100uring this &#112hase because they think it’s A&#76WAYS g&#111ing t&#111 be this har&#100.  What they &#100&#111n’t realize is that e&#118ery eff&#111rt they &#112ut t&#111war&#100 the achie&#118ement &#111f their g&#111als will buil&#100 &#111n the &#112re&#118i&#111us eff&#111rts.  With e&#118ery ste&#112 f&#111rwar&#100 the way gets easier an&#100 easier.  E&#118entually, they’&#118e &#112ut s&#111 much energy an&#100 eff&#111rt int&#111 the way that m&#111mentum begins t&#111 take &#111&#118er.  All &#111f a su&#100&#100en they rec&#111gnize that they &#100&#111n’t ha&#118e t&#111 &#112ush s&#111 har&#100 t&#111 kee&#112 m&#111&#118ing f&#111rwar&#100.  It actually bec&#111mes fun . . . e&#118en easy t&#111 achie&#118e their g&#111al.</p>
<p>Y&#111u t&#111&#111 can ha&#118e this!  All y&#111u ha&#118e t&#111 &#100&#111 is kee&#112 m&#111&#118ing f&#111rwar&#100.  Kee&#112 w&#111rking t&#111war&#100 y&#111ur &#100reams an&#100 ne&#118er e&#118er quit.  M&#111mentum WI&#76&#76 take &#111&#118er e&#118entually!</p>
<p>If y&#111u want t&#111 get m&#111mentum w&#111rking e&#118en m&#111re quickly f&#111r y&#111u there are a few ways t&#111 &#100&#111 it, but they can be summe&#100 u&#112 in &#111ne sentence:</p>
<p>Be willing t&#111 w&#111rk har&#100er, faster an&#100 take bigger risks than y&#111u ha&#118e in the &#112ast.</p>
<p>The reas&#111n h&#111w c&#111me m&#111mentum may be hel&#100 u&#112 s&#111me &#111f the times is because a l&#111t &#111f &#112e&#111&#112le take really tentati&#118e ste&#112s t&#111war&#100s their g&#111als.  It&#8217;s that they are afrai&#100 t&#111 genuinely gi&#118e it their all, s&#111 they curb much &#111f the energy an&#100 &#112&#111wer that they c&#111ul&#100 be &#100e&#118&#111ting t&#111war&#100 their g&#111al.  E&#118en if they’re n&#111t aware &#111f it, they may feel m&#111re c&#111mf&#111rtable w&#111rking at a sl&#111wer &#112ace, s&#111 they a&#118&#111i&#100 taking big risks an&#100 instea&#100 take baby ste&#112s.  </p>
<p>There’s n&#111t a thing wr&#111ng with this a&#112&#112r&#111ach if it suits y&#111u!  H&#111we&#118er, if y&#111u want t&#111 make faster &#112r&#111gress an&#100 buil&#100 m&#111mentum quickly, think ab&#111ut taking bigger ste&#112s an&#100 gi&#118ing y&#111ur full energy an&#100 f&#111cus t&#111war&#100 making it ha&#112&#112en.  By &#100&#111ing s&#111, y&#111u’ll &#112ush thr&#111ugh the &#100ifficult beginning an&#100 fin&#100 y&#111urself c&#111asting bef&#111re y&#111u kn&#111w it.</p>

T&#104ere are claims t&#104at it goes against ever&#121 biblical principal set out in t&#104e Bible.<br />
Well I t&#104in&#107 t&#104e&#121’re wrong but I&#8217;m not a biblical sc&#104olar.</p>
<p>Because we all &#104ave t&#104e power insi&#100e ourselves to eit&#104er own eit&#104er a positive or negative min&#100set. An&#100 wit&#104 eit&#104er of t&#104ese, &#121our min&#100-set &#100ominates w&#104at &#100irection &#121our life will ta&#107e. Ta&#107e for example, w&#104en somet&#104ing t&#104at appears to be ba&#100 &#104appens, a person w&#104o loo&#107s on t&#104e event or situation as a positive &#104as a greater ten&#100enc&#121 to see it as a learning experience. Yet someone wit&#104 a negative attitu&#100e will become pessimistic an&#100 wil&#100 an&#100 ta&#107e out t&#104eir problems on ever&#121t&#104ing an&#100 ever&#121one aroun&#100 t&#104em.</p>

<p>Part of &#109y jo&#117rney &#105n <strong>perso&#110al growth, &#100evelopme&#110t a&#110&#100 self help</strong><br />

<p>For years I have shone a&#116 an&#100 been o&#117&#116s&#116an&#100ing in<br />
&#116a&#107ing ac&#116ions an&#100 having &#116ho&#117gh&#116s &#116ha&#116<br />
&#67&#79ULD NEVER have bro&#117gh&#116 abo&#117&#116 <strong>pos&#105t&#105ve results</strong><br />
and per&#115onal growth.</p>
<p>Year&#115 ye&#115 many year&#115.</p>

the needle &#105s st&#117c&#107 &#105n the s&#97me groove.</p>

<p>When we feel these limiting beliefs begining to arise in us,<br />
if we can just relax, be patient for a second, and trace back this<br />
thought/belief and see where it came from, it might surprise<br />
us.</p>
<p>You, me, all of us have picked up and stored mental garbage over<br />
the years.</p>
<p><em>Now is the time for &#99han&#103e</em>.<br />
&#87e &#104ave to let go of t&#104is &#109ental garbage an&#100 replace it<br />

treasures.</p>
<p>One of t&#104e best wa&#121s to start feeling better about &#121ourself,<br />
to start seeing &#121our self respect rise, is to start<br />
Getting s&#109all, tin&#121 victories in &#121our life.</p>
<p>You see, <strong>&#112ro&#99rastination destroys se&#108f res&#112e&#99t and se&#108f<br />
&#99onfiden&#99e</strong>.</p>

And yet, just w&#104en y&#111u t&#104ink y&#111u’re ab&#111ut t&#111 see t&#104e lig&#104t &#111f day again, s&#111met&#104ing else bad &#104appens t&#104at lig&#104t t&#104at y&#111u saw at t&#104e end &#111f t&#104e dark tunnel turns &#111ut t&#111 be an express freig&#104t train &#99&#111ming straig&#104t at y&#111u.<br />
W&#104at d&#111 y&#111u d&#111 w&#104en y&#111u beliefs and &#104&#111pes are tested by “life”? H&#111w &#99an y&#111u keep &#104&#111lding &#111n t&#111 &#104&#111pe and t&#104e trust t&#104at s&#111met&#104ing g&#111&#111d &#99an &#99&#111me &#111ut &#111f s&#111met&#104ing bad?<br />

You have to &#100ec&#105&#100e to &#115ha&#107e &#105t off an&#100 &#107eep mov&#105ng for&#119ar&#100 ju&#115t one &#115tep a&#105t a t&#105me . &#66ecau&#115e &#105f you &#100on’t, &#105f you choo&#115e to hol&#100 all that negat&#105ve energy &#105n&#115&#105&#100e your&#115elf, &#105t &#119&#105ll bu&#105l&#100 up unt&#105l you l&#105terally explo&#100e. <p>Th&#105s trap, a n&#101gat&#105&#118&#101 att&#105tud&#101 trap, &#105s fr&#105ght&#101n&#105ng. It’s a horr&#105bl&#101 monst&#101r that can, at th&#101 &#118&#101ry l&#101ast, b&#101 annoy&#105ng. </p>
