Magnifying the Positive Effects of Gratitude
I have written about gratitude in previous posts in this blog, and I truly believe that it can be a very powerful force in life, causing us to focus on the positive and so bring about beneficial results.
A friend and I were talking about this earlier today, and she told me of a technique which she uses to help focus on gratitude and even to magnify its positive effects. It’s such as simple idea that I don’t know why I didn’t think of it – but I plan to start using the technique right away.
All you have to do is get fresh, new notebook – you may wish to choose one which will fit in a pocket or your purse or briefcase. You may wish to decorate it in a way which appeals to you. This becomes your personal “Gratitude Book” or “Gratitude Journal”.
