Secret of success.
There is a really big denominator of success.
The secret of success of every person who has ever been successful - lies is in the fact that “they formed the habit of doing things that failures don’t like to do”
It’s just as true as it sounds and it’s just as simple as it seems.
You can put it to the acid test, you can put it under a microscope, you can even kick it all around until it’s worn out but when all is said and done it will still be the common denominator of success whether or not we like it.

Handling Stress
Okay, so you feel you are stressed, but what’s causing it? If you have become immune to the feeling of being stressed then you know that you are probably are really stressed. It is important to remember that stress does not come from just one source, so this means that you need to find out the sources of your stress.
One way to do this effectively is by way of a personal journal. Many people have found that their writing and journals give them amazing insight into where their stress comes from and they even begin to discover how to deal with it on their own. They are also able to see the symptoms that it is causing them to suffer from.
Your total stress comes many different factors and these factors build up over a period of time. These may continue over weeks, months and years. You will find that a journal is a great way to deal with this stress. By keeping a journal you can release all the anger, frustration and stress that has built up over the day. You can then look back over the journal and determine those areas that need to be dealt with.

Domestic Violence Effects
The effects of domestic violence have been around since, I reckon, relationships have existed. The type of domestic violence that I am talking about is not purely the physical abuse that one partner imposes/inflicts on another but also the nonphysical or emotional kind.
So what’s this got to do with personal growth, self-help and development you ask?
I believe that as students we need to be aware of this and recognize it and ask ourselves is this affecting my life and studies.

Forms of Patience
Part of my challenge has been learning patience and as I learn about this I thought I should share this with you.
At one end of the scale patience can take the form of the passive act of waiting without agitation or complaint.
However patience can be linked to action - the painstaking completion of a laborious task or the relentless pursuit of a goal.

The three forms of love
As the center of personal growth there is nothing but love. So today I thought I would share some thoughts on the different forms of love.
As we learn from history I think it’s best to go back in history to Ancient Greek.
Ancient Greek is the language in which the New Testament was written and it has three words for love.
