Put Healthy Foods Back Into Your Diet
For our bodies to work we all know that we have to eat. Eating gives fuel to the body and it is enjoyable and can be a fun time - shopping for things to eat and enjoy and then sharing that with family and friends.
Or do you see it as something that just has to be done and the faster you get the fuel into you the quicker you can get back to doing those important things that you were doing - so lets just load up on junk !

Are habits important
So continuing with our look at success it’s time to study habits.
Why are habits so important to success?
People are creatures of habit, just as machines are creatures of momentum, because habit is nothing more or less than momentum translated from the concrete into the abstract.
Picture the problems that would face a mechanical engineer if there was no such thing as momentum.
Elevators could not be made to rise, planes wouldn’t be able to fly the whole world of mechanics would be a complete state of helplessness.
