If you want to live to be 100 or more, be the person at the party to greet total strangers.
Research shows that having an outgoing personality might be one of the hallmark traits of people who live to a ripe old age.
They recently examined the personalities of adult offspring of centenarians, with the assumption that the offspring have a good shot at living to over 100.

Procrastination is all around us
And we’ve mastered it to perfection having learned a subtle form of it when we were babies.
We delayed falling asleep because our mothers wouldn’t cradle us in her arms. We’ve procrastinated in performing our duties at home, in school, in the work place, and in our most fragile human relationships.
We shudder to think what the final count of lost hours will be because we procrastinated habitually.

I recently mourned the death of one of my buddies.
As I listened to the great comments made by so many others as to the kind of person he was, and the life he had lead, I stopped for a moment to look inside myself to see who I am.
I realized that there is enormous room for growth in my life.
