Life with a grain of salt
Not permitting things get to you and taking life with a grain of salt is the answer to living a happy stress free life; it’s when we don’t recognize how much stress we are building up because of holding things back, worrying about many little things and harboring grudges that many problems come about in life. When we allow these things to build up we get the sudden and urgent sense of being overwhelmed but often there are many different techniques that we can use to slow down, relax and take life that little bit easier when our feelings threaten to overwhelm us. If we don’t learn to take things with a grain of salt and not worry about each and every little thing and stress becomes habitual then it can have a severe effect on your health and wellbeing.
“Burnout” is the condition or term that is commonly used and you can suffer burnout through problems caused by work, your lifestyle or individual personality characteristics. The symptoms of burnout can be varied but all have an adverse effect on your health, wellbeing and happiness over the long term if you don’t change the situations that cause it.
So remember “Take your life with a grain of salt”

Relationships of all kinds are often perceived as very delicate things, that require extra effort to maintain. However, a relationship can also be something that can provide security and can also be long lasting despite many trials.

Is there a Law on Human Attraction ?
“Opposites attract” is a law of attraction, at least where electromagnetism is concerned. So what about people are there laws about attraction between two people?
Is attraction simply a matter of chemistry?
Perhaps. According to scientists, the attraction between animals of the opposite sex is all about chemicals called pheromones. The effect of pheromones in behavior of insects is the most studied to date. It has been observed, at least in some experiments, that pheromones are responsible for communication among same species and colony of ants. The horrible odor released by skunks to ward off enemies is said to be a kind of pheromone. Some species of apes rub pheromone-containing urine on the feet of potential mates to attract them. Some scientists believe that animals (usually the females) such as insects and mammals send out these chemical signals to tell the male of their species that their genes are different from theirs. This gene diversity is important in producing offspring with better chances of survival. The perfume industry has capitalized on pheromones as a means to increase one’s sexual attractiveness to the opposite sex. Animals such as the whale and the musk deer were hunted down for these chemicals.

Impossible is Just a Word
Everyone, at some point of his or her life, has dreamed of being somebody special, somebody big. Who hasn’t fantasized about being the one who wins the Lotto. How many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful, or happy with our relationships?
Often, we dream big dreams and have great aspirations. Unfortunately, our dreams remain just that – dreams. And our aspirations easily collect dust in our attic.
This is a sad state of affairs in our life. Instead of experiencing exciting adventures in self actualization, we get caught up in the humdrum of living from day-to-day just barely existing.

Setting REALISTIC Goals
I attend a lot of online sites and forums a lot. I can’t help but chuckle at some of the posts I read by people who are just starting out and their goal is something like “My Goal For The Month – $1 million.” Now, please don’t get me wrong. I am all for setting goals and it’s great to think big, but if you’re first starting out your chances of making $1 million in your first month are about as great as me winning first prize in Lotto .
When you are starting out ou need to set realistic goals for two reasons. The first reason is that you are going to be more likely to reach it. The second reason, and this is the more important one, by setting realistic goals, you prevent yourself the letdown that you will no doubt experience from setting a goal that you simply cannot achieve.
So many people give up because they expect to make so much money at the start and when it doesn’t happen they get discouraged and throw in the towel. As a matter of fact, this kind of discouragement is the main reason why people give up on their businesses.

Dig The Well BEFORE You’re Thirsty
Tell me if this doesn’t sound like something you hear way too often, especially if you hang out at forums a lot. Personally, I hear this sort of thing so much, I just want to scream.
“I have a problem. My cat just died and I need $500 to give him a decent burial. I don’t want to just throw him in the ground. There’s this excellent pet cemetery down the street and I’d love to put his remains there. I need a way to make $500 fast. The vet can only keep his body for 3 days. So I need to make $500 in the next 2 days. Can you help me?”
Sound familiar? It should. This is what I hear. The truth of the matter is, there is no real quick way to make a substantial amount of money fast, not that I consider $500 a substantial amount of money. But even a sum like this takes time, especially if you’re just starting out.
