The Sun
Today I would like to share an observation that I recently read about.
“Optimists see the best in any situation, and the wisdom of this is seen in the effects.
Studies have shown that optimists have a stronger immune system than pessimists and so have a tendency to be healthier.
It is clear that even at the base level of common sense that only those who turn to face the sun are rewarded with sunlit vistas”

The Balancing Act
Who hasn’t heard of the “Global Financial Crisis” and so we are told daily that the economy is slowing down, well is it me or do you also find that our daily lives are speeding up like never before?
Yeap 24 by 7 by 365 – we want it and we want it NOW!!!
We live in such a fast paced place that so many of the important parts of a healthy, balanced living are often ignored, often taking a back seat to work and family commitments.
