You Can Be As Happy As You Want To Be

Be as happy as you want to be

I believe just about everybody has heard the hit single ‘Don′t Worry, Be Happy’ by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a really attention-getting way of bringing its message of being happy to everybody. Bobby McFerrin’s uncomplicated message certainly made numerous people happy by telling them not to worry.

Living a happy, bouncy and cheerful life is fantastic, and is also beneficial for your wellness. Being happy actually protects you from the tensions of life. Stress is connected to many of the top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

One of the more healthful things ever said is - ‘The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change’, and in our life we have the ability to make the essential changes if we really want to. Whenever we find ourselves in an intolerable situation we can always find comfort in the knowledge that it too would change.

Living in Reality to Better your Personal Life

When you live in reality you better your personal life.

Reality is close to you everywhere you go. When you attempt to break away reality, you only block yourself from growing. Your qualities inside you are blocked also, as you′ll find out its difficult to develop new skills or be open to new ideas that will help you develop and grow.

Today, we are surrounded by poverty, crime, poor conditions, war, hate, and so forth. The forces of life combine to drag each of us down. It’s up to us to get the better of these ongoing conflicts and obstacles that get in our way. One way we can do this is to face reality head on.

It’s all right to fantasize about good things from time to time. But it is not hunky-dory to sit down entirely day dreaming about things you′ll never achieve. Whenever you have realistic dreams, you will set down-to-earth goals that lead you to success irrespective of the circumstance close to you.

Life Explained

An Explanation of Life

I came across this interesting and amusing summary of life.

On the first day, The Creator created the dog and said:
‘Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. For this, I will give you a life span of twenty years.’

The dog said: ‘That’s a long time to be barking. How about only ten years and I’ll give you back the other ten?’

So The Creator agreed.

Yesterday is an I.O.U. – forget it!

Tomorrow is a promissory note, don’t bank on it!”

Cap Go Meh - Chinese Valentine Day

Cap Go Meh is the 15th day in the Chinese Lunar Year, the first full moon of the year.

In China it is also known as the Lantern festival.

In South-East Asia, Cap Go Meh is sometimes called the Chinese Valentine Day, because it is a day when young unmarried women gather to toss tangerines into the sea, in a hope that their future spouse will pick it up.

VALENTINES DAY - OPPORTUNITY TO THINK OF:

It’s Valentines day, a wonderful opportunity for us all to reconnect with Universal Laws.

Although some people consider Valentines Day too commercial, and I understand that, it is still an opportunity to remind ourselves of the importance of love in our lives. It is an opportunity to thank people and to rekindle our spirit of gratitude and generosity.

Valentines Day, for me, is a reminder of what is required everyday of my life in order to bring happiness to others. It is a day of priority, a day we become present with someone, a day of thankfulness, gratitude and appreciation. Valentines day is a day we turn down our phone, and turn up in love.
