		<description>It seems like you may have some resistance. 

Instead of asking for something, thank the Universe (or God) and really send out the gratitude that you already have it, and then let it go.  

Spend about 5 minutes a day visualizing you already having what ti is that you desire, and really feel all the emotions, especially gratitude for receiving. Try not to spend more than 5-10  minutes visualizing, it may be counter-productive.

The most difficult part is the letting go, but you must in order for the Universe to deliver.

Make a list of the things in your life that you desire.  Write out how you would like your life to be(in present tense) and really fee the feelings associated with your desires.  Re-read this list at least three times a day, and really get into the FEELING of having it.

You may wan to focus on one or two things for the time being.

Most importantly be open and be honest with your self and what it is you truly want.  Ask yourself why you want these things, and go for it!  

Keep your eyes open, you may be  missing out on the little gifts that are already in your life.</description>
