Success secrets 101
I’d like to continue talking about success. Isn’t success one of the outcomes we want from our personal growth? So let’s look little deeper at success and purpose.
Why are successful people able to do things they don’t like while failures are not?
Because successful people have a purpose. Not only have they a purpose, they have a purpose that is strong enough to make them form the habit of doing things they don’t like to do so that they can accomplish the purpose they want to accomplish.
Does that mean that they are successful all the time in everything they do? I don’t think so. I reckon that successful people are still people are often hit a slump.
I believe that a slump simply means that when I hit one but I have reached a point at which, for the time being, but the things I don’t like to do that become more important than the reasons for doing them.
I then asked myself is my purpose sufficiently strong enough to want me to form the habit of doing the things that I don’t like to do for the very simple reason that it often appears easier to adjust to hardships of a poor living Robert and to adjust to the hardships of making a better living.
I suggest that the strength that holds you to your purpose is not your own strength but rather the strength of the purpose itself.
