Can You Find Joy and Happiness in Little Things

Would you say that you experience joy in your daily life ?

Do the little things in your daily life awaken joy and happiness in you? Or are you the kinda person who wants more and more out of life?

When you recognize the joy and happiness that is actually around you this can result in a more contented and peaceful existence and life for you and those around you.

You may even see more joy and happiness around you than you ever thought possible.

If you can’t see any joy and happiness or you are hard-pressed to recognize it then try these suggestions

* Center your life – what I mean is put you in the center, because often we get wrapped up in what everyone else has. Don’t just look at others and think wow they are just so lucky and then get upset over what you think is your bad luck. We’ve all got to play with the cards we are dealt not the one we wished we had.

* Find the joy in your life. – Focus on all the things that are most important to you. Don’t waste time on all the other baggage that doesn’t give you a good feeling. If you can’t control it then don’t worry about it.

* Now zoom in on those things that are close to your heart and desires – you, your family, friends … · With your loved ones savor those special moments that you have with them. Time passes so fast especially when you are enjoying your life. Why would you throw away any of those special times not feeling the joy and happiness?

* Make the most and be grateful for the time you have with family and friends. Stop and really listen to the life that is going on all around you. Go for a nice walk in the woods, by the sea or in the park

Remember to experience fully those magical moments and little things as often as possible and feel the joy and happiness that is all around you.

You are worth it.
