Forms of patience

Patience is a virtue have it if you can,
it’s always/never in a woman,
and never/always in a man.

During my readings for my personal growth I have discovered that there are different forms of patience.

At one end of the scale, patience can take the form of the passive act of waiting without agitation or complaint.
However patience can also be linked to action – the painstaking completion of a laborious task or the relentless pursuit of a goal.

It takes patience – or is it persistence – to keep going in the face of rejections or other setbacks, but the prospect of the ultimate reward – the satisfaction of success – is a powerful incentive.

As always your feedback and comments are appreciated.
