Making Resolutions You Will Keep
For many, goals have a history and habit of being pushed aside.
Why?
Perhaps they were made too complicated in the first place!
Having thought about and written down your desires for the year, search within.
Is there a saboteur lurking; what imprint may you have that stands between you and the fulfillment of your life desire.
The imprint or contract may not be visible to the conscious mind but you know what has happened in the past and you want to make life different in the future.
Learn skills that will give you the tools to release self-limiting emotions, break through ingrained patterning, open the door to the next step forward to achieve your goal and ultimately live the life you deserve.
Whether you are afraid of failing, doubtful that you posses the ability to achieve or simply overwhelmed by where to start, there are personal growth programs that show you step-by-step how to release what holds you back.
Free from self sabotage/self-limiting beliefs you are free to attract the life you deserve. When you have the right tools and method to work with, anything is possible.
IMPORTANT TIPS
Avoid the urge to bit off more than you can chew.
Make your goals manageable. Consider re-wording your goals
a) rather than setting an enormous goal to pay off debt, consider ways to reduce your spending. Checking for any “holes in the bucket”. One hole in the bucket may be – not paying off your credit card before the due date?.
b) rather than working towards a “work life balance” consider ways to have more harmony in your life.
c) be aware that words are powerful. If your goal is to “stop biting your fingernails” change your statement and visual picture to “I have beautiful, long, well shaped fingernails”.
Everything you do either brings you closer or moves you away from your goal.
When you are willing to set clear intentions and have the willingness and skills to let go of any thoughts, feelings and beliefs that stand in your way of the life you deserve, anything is possible.
Here’s to a great 2009
