Forms of patience
As I grow through personal growth and self-improvement I have come to realize that there are different forms of patience.
At one end of the scale, patience can take the form of the passive act of waiting without annoyance, aggravation, agitation or complaint.
On the other, patience can also be linked to action – the painstaking completion of a laborious task or the relentless pursuit of a goal.
It takes patience – persistence – to keep going forwards in the face of rejections and the many other set backs that can and do occur. But the prospect of the ultimate reward – the satisfaction of the success – is a powerful incentive.
As always comments and feedback are appreciated. Have you anything you would like to share with us?
