GOING BACK …

GOING BACK TO STEP FORWARD

Part of my journey in personal growth, development and self help
has required me to spend time looking inside me and being honest
with the most important person in my life – ME.

For years I have shone at and been outstanding in
taking actions and having thoughts that
COULD NEVER have brought about positive results
and personal growth.

Years yes many years.

As you read this I bet if I said to you that I’m probably not
the only one who has every done this you could think of a few
people that you know that might also in the same group.
Perhaps even yourself!

I’m sure of that.

Today so many people have become experts at
repeating over and over again lame, limiting beliefs and
destructive, negative based thinking.

It’s like a record that plays over and over again – one where
the needle is stuck in the same groove.

The results are always the same. Not the success that was expected.

So let me share one simple idea with you today.

“I really lack self approval.” <=== Trace that belief back,
where did it come from?

“I don’t have much self respect.”<===Trace that belief back,
where did it come from?

“I need to be perfect before I start my business, all the
ducks must be lined up and the traffic signals go.”
<===Trace that belief back, where did it come from?

When we feel these limiting beliefs begining to arise in us,
if we can just relax, be patient for a second, and trace back this
thought/belief and see where it came from, it might surprise
us.

You, me, all of us have picked up and stored mental garbage over
the years.

Now is the time for change.
We have to let go of this mental garbage and replace it
instead with thoughts and beliefs of POWER and WINNING.

The key is self awareness.

Having the courage to dig deep inside of you and see where
all this mental garbage came from.

Hit the delete key on the garbage and replace it with mental
treasures.

One of the best ways to start feeling better about yourself,
to start seeing your self respect rise, is to start
Getting small, tiny victories in your life.

You see, procrastination destroys self respect and self
confidence
.

Disorder in your home/office destroys self respect and self
confidence.

Take tiny, tiny, tiny actions, consistently, and watch the
good in you soar.

Let small victories start helping YOU start believing more in
yourself. You are worth it.
