think of it as its counting on your life…and your familys. or go somewhere boring where the only interesting thing would be to study.

Make yourself focus–really focus–on it for 15 minutes, then give yourself a 15 minute break and do something you enjoy. Then repeat. You can do it! : )

close your pretty eyes and think of what you need to do and think you are doing it , this is called mental training athletes do this when they need to preform befor they do the work, then in your smart head tell your self i beleven in my self and i know i can do this if i think it though, then take a deep breath and try to do what you need to do. i know you can do it if you put your mind in it, because i beleve in you.
