Hardware asked:

I once read a story about 3 brothers who were each asked to to ship something. One brother simply shipped the item, the next brother called customer to get more details. The third brother not only called the customer but did a little research to find customer needs and went way above the call of duty. Does anyone recall this story or exactly how it goes…I would like to use in my next staff meeting. Any other suggestions on motivating employees to go the extra mile.
