    Try hanging up a picture of yourself when you were the thinest next to your mirror. (I’m not saying your fat) you probably look great. But I know what you mean. Use the picture as motivation. I also used my favorite pair of my jeans for when I was skinny and I would try them on every couple days to see if they fit any better.. Sounds goofy. but it worked for me.

    If you’re not happy about yourself (change).

    Fitness is a simple radio of calories (food) to energy (activity). Each of our bodies requires some energy to function, some bodies are better at using energy (or not, depending on how effective their digestion is). Folks with healthy appetites have to do more in order to keep the ratio in balance. Genetics also play a significant role.

    The goal is to target the problem areas.

    Running is good exercise, but you mush strive for long distances at slow pace (keeps oxygen levels high in the blood, which is better for burning fat).

    If you wish to target around 7 kilo in 7 days try this – eat only fresh fruits and vegetables (stay away from citrus fruits). Drink 8 glasses of water a day (a must), no soda or fruit juices (sugars are BAD). Steaming the vegetables is OK, but NO oils.

    Basically, exercise and eating correctly (count those calories) is the best way to change the appearance of your body.
